I thought this q was about something else when I saw it!

In the dark and she's 13.5 months

Both have nighlights that we turn off once they are asleep.

DS is 12 mo and falls asleep in dark dark room and DD is 3 yo and prefers a light on which is turned off when she's asleep.

CnR · 17/10/2003 20:28

DD (18 months) normally has the light off, but the door left ajar with the hall light on.

Posey · 17/10/2003 20:38

DD who's now 6 used to have a nightlight to make night time feeds and checks easier. Since she could express a preference she likes the bathroom light on (across the hall) until she's asleep.
Consequently ds has the same which is about the equivalent of a nightlight.
