Pillow for front sleeper?

DD nearly 19 months, sleeps on her front by choice and has done from as soon as she could roll herself over.

Surely its ok to now give her an age appropriate cot pillow and she should move her face if she needs to rather than suffocating?

A bit PFBy I know, but paranoia!

With all of mine I've just put a small pillow at the end of their cot and they've just started using it themselves when they're ready.

Forgot to add, my DD14 still often sleeps without her pillow.

I have a Lila Kudis baby pillow. DD has had one since she was tiny as she had silent reflux. Have just moved her up to the larger size at 17 months.
