just found this forum and read all the titles. Thought I would share my story.
I was very guilty of. cuddling my child to sleep because she wouldn't settle in a cot or go to sleep by herself. I Aldo did the co-sleeping because was so tired. Same old familiar story!!
Then, at age 5, we moved house which was near a park and we spent a lot more time outside, getting fresh air and being much more physically active. Sounds silly because I had previously thought that she had been active beforehand. We have never looked back and never had any sleeping issues since.
