Since turning 1 year my twins have started waking randomly from around 10pm until 4am. They're still tired but upset, we give them a dummy and teething gel and sooth them back of to sleep and cover them up again but would really love them to be able to soothe themselves but no ideas how. Please help me and DH are both exhausted! Any suggestions welcome.
