DS is 17 weeks and had his 3rd immunisation in Wednesday, the one with 3 jabs. He seems fine but a bit tender at the jab sites.
He used to nap well during the day (2 short and a longer nap in his cot) and would feed to sleep sometime between 7 and 9 pm and either sleep through in his cot to about 5 or wake once for a feed. Both his naps and nighttime sleeps have been a bit up in the air the last 2 weeks or so, but nothing like the last 24 hours!
Yesterday he had 3 or 4 short naps but no long nap. He fell asleep whilst feeding at about 6pm so I tried to put him in his cot and he pinged awake. This cycle was repeated until about midnight with escalating crying, when we decided to co-sleep. He slept all night in our bed; I tried to put him in the cot at about 5am as my back was so stiff, but he woke up crying.
As I type he is happily napping next to me on the bed.
I have no idea whether this is linked to pain/effects from the jabs, or if it's an escalation of the 4 month sleep regression, or something else.
What should I do?
