Should I wake a sleeping baby?

In general, is it ok to leave my baby sleeping when its past her normal wake up time? She's 7 mths old and went to sleep at about 1915 (she went to bed at 1845). She was up at 0230 and again at 0530, the first wasn't really for a feed but the second was a nappy change required and feed. And she was pretty wide awake after that. #i wasn't so put her back to bed where she did go quiet. She stirred at 7ish, her normal up time, but I snoozed and then she fell back to sleep. Its now 0945 and she's still spark out. I've just been into her room to sort out laundry (she's normally a really light sleeper) and she's still out for the count. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi, she may be a little unwell? Have you felt her? I would be inclined to wake her if you expect her to go to bed at normal time tonight. If she is unwell then you can just snuggle with her on the couch and give her a little feed.

She seems fine! At 1000 she was still spark out despite me having opened the curtains half an hour before and making no effort to be quiet, tidying her room etc. So I went to wake her and had that panicked feeling when she didn't quickly open her eyes...she must have been in a deep sleep mode...and she woke when I shook her shoulder slightly. She looked a little dazed, then all smily and happy, so I don't think she was unwell. Its just rather odd. Her waking up time has been getting later recently and I'm loathe to start her bed routine any earlier, dinner at 1700 and bath at 1800 seems early enough.
