My lo is 14 wks. Wakes up twice a night for feeds( 1&4) before waking at 6ish. Can get away without changing his nappy. Gets fidgety in the latter part of the night. Usually end up co sleeping to settle him.

Bedtime is 8-9 pm. ( last nap usually ends at 6!)

i have exams in June. He'll be 5 months then.

I want to minimise the disruption4/5 months can bring.
Is this possible?

What can I do to improve his sleep?

Any ideas gratefully recieved.

Thanks

I would try and bring bedtime forward and merge the last nap into it. That will give you a good pattern to build on.
