Sleeping with eyes open?!

Just noticed DS2 is sleeping with one eye open (not wide but enough to clearly see all of his pupil) DS1 also has done this on and off since birth. I and DH don't (as far as I'm aware!)

Is this normal? Does anyone else do this? If so do you get dry eyes in the morning? Am just curious as I find it abit bizarre! Confused

(The mother in the film 'throw momma from the train' does this and it freaked me out to the point Im a little unsettled that my kids do it!) Shock Grin

Thanks Lawrie - sorry Im not trying to make out that if you do you are freaky but that film stayed with me for life - it was the wide eyes with the snoring plus she's the scary Fratellis mother from Goonies too! Grin

Dd1 does this. I find it really creepy and have to close her eyes when she falls asleep on the sofa.

Dooin - I try to do that but DS1 eyelids just creek open again! Went to check on him in bed the other night - he rolled over and his eyelids popped open like the plastic baby dolls eyes - nearly crapped myself!
