Hmm sounds like a growth/development spurt to me

DD had one at 6months and napping went haywire for about a week, then settled back into previous pattern. It was about a week after that she started trying to roll and sit unaided.

Or, could she be uncomfortable about a food type - making her windy, constipated or maybe just more hungry?

I would roll with it a week / 10 days then if no improvement look at diet and other factors which you can tweek

Thank you, she will only sleep for about 40 mins in a day and used to have a minimum of three hours! She's really grumpy too. I'll hang on in there and hope she calms down soon. Thanks again x

My DS is the same age and starting weaning definitely effected his sleep. He became really constipated and once that got sorted his night time sleep went back to normal Smile His eyes were bigger than his belly and we are now doing more BLW rather than purees, which seems to be better for his tummy.

It's so hard when their sleep goes backwards isn't it. We seem to have a good week and then a blip for a few days/week. I just try and enjoy the good times and remind myself that the hard times will pass. Easier said than done often Hmm
