He's 36 and he doesn't have a day time nap any more, but he's struggling to get to sleep at night and I don't know what to do, it's driving me nuts.
Seriously though, he can sleep but there are a number of occasions during the week when he just can't switch off and he'll be awake for a couple of hours just trying to fall asleep. Or he'll hear a noise when asleep and wake up and be awake in the middle of the night for ages.
Anyone know of any natural remedies that might help? And no rude-y suggestions please!
