I have decided to get a woombie for my 14wk dd to help contain the wild thrashing and flailing she does in the night. Just wondered if there's any guidance on what she should wear with which weight woombie at what room temperature (like with grobags). Have decided to go for a convertible one as I'd like to leave an arm free, think she may be trying to suck her fingers in an aim to self soothe - mostly seems to bash herself thus waking herself up even more, at the moment however.
Any woombie advice happily received
