constant waking up at 7 months

my 7 month old will wake up crying after only 20mins of sleep when put down for the night then will wake and cry virtually every hour all through the night until she comes in bed with us after trying for hours. we are at our wits end can anyone help??

Have you tried letting her cry herself to sleep?

We have a similar problem although not as severe as yours. DD2 is also 7 months and wakes crying every 2 hours in the night, although will settle herself again about half the time.

Wonder if it's developmental thing?

Did you have a difficult delivery by any chance?

Well, my dd had cranial osteopathy a week after she was born and was sleeping fine.

Could well be teeth.
