Has anyone tried it for sleep problems?

Yes - I took my baby to a chiro who specialises in cranial probs - last session today, and his sleep has improved.
Also did CC for the first time night-before-last-, and my DS has slept thought last night!

I think that it made him more comfortable, and helped the CC work so quickly.Smile

I took DS at 4 months and I'm not sure it made much difference. After the 2nd visit he was calmer during the day and easier to settle but this may be because of other things we were trying. I wish I had gone earlier though as have heard other people say good things about it and she said it's more effective then. I think it's worth trying if you can afford it.

Didn't work for me unfortunately. They didn't try and rip me off though - after 3 sessions when it was clear it wasn't helping they told me it wasn't worth coming back.

Thanks. DD is 4 weeks and doesn't settle unless being held. I think its a long shot but I'll try anything (within reason) at the moment. Appointment booked for Saturday.

Worth a try, I'd say. Anything is worth a try when you're desperate, if you can afford it!

I took DD when she was a week or so old for the first session and for a few after that.

I did it because I'd heard that pushing for a long time (which I did) can cause pressure in the baby's head and slightly distort the shape of the skull.

The cranial osteo said she did detect pressure and tried to correct it.

I also took DD back when she started teething, when the skull is also changing shape, for the same reason.

Did it work? Who knows. DD has never been a good sleeper. But I will probably do the same for DC2.
