Do babies eventually sort their napping out?

DS, like other babies, seems to have no structure to daytime naps. I am not trying to do anything about it yet (he's 16 weeks).

I am slightly concerned about when he starts nursery though, he'll be about 9 months. They're not going to walk him round in his pram until he sleeps or hold him and let him sleep on them are they? So do I need to do something about it now or will it just come eventually?

A lot will change in the next few months. I tried to instigate a bit of structure at around 5-6 months though - once we started solids there was a bit more structure to the day anyway.

My experience, of one baby only, is that it just comes eventually.
