3-month-old feeds all night long

Things seemed to be looking up a few weeks ago little cutie was going 5-6 hours between feeds, thanks to a bottle of expressed milk given after she finished breastfeeding at 8-0 pm. And then I didn't have time to express, so tried formula. Baby swallowed lots of air and couldn't sleep as a result. Switched to a fancy bottle less air swallowed, but baby still woke up only 3 hours after the late evening feed and was hungry.
Now I don't have the energy to take her back to her cot in the middle of the night so we're co-sleeping through most of the night. I started work part-time, so she goes 3 hours between feeds during the day and seemingly feeds non-stop at night, for example at 11 pm, 2 am, 4 am, 5 am, 6 am. I try to convince her to eat more during the day, but it doesn't work very well.
How do I encourage her to eat more but less frequently at night?
