Should I move 7pm bedtime later?

Hi All

DD currently goes to bed at 7pm and wakes once for feed at 3am ish, then up around 6.30-7am. I am just wondering if I should move bedtime back so she goes from say 10pm so she has the longer stretch when we go to bed?

I have tried dream feeding but it just makes her wake more.

I am all for going with her flow and the fact she does that long stretch shows she is tired by 7pm.

Sometimes its so hard to know if your doing the right thing!

I would stay with 7pm bedtime. Keeping an overtired baby up is not a great thing. And although 3am waking is a bit painful it isn't too bad. You could go to bed really early for a couple of nights to get a bit of sleep back.

That's what I thought. In order to put her to bead at 7pm she would probably have a nap at 7pm but she is used to going that long stretch now....
