Dd3 was doing 1/2 feeds a night from birth. She hit a growth spurt at about 15 weeks & upped it to 2/3. Now at 20 weeks up to 5/6 and constant feeding in the day too.
Tell me^ it settles soon!

I found that the night feeding stopped very quickly after we started weaning. Fortunately, when my DS was born in 2000, weaning could start at 16 weeks. More recently the official advice is to delay until 24 weeks. But in a study at the end of last year, the observation seemed to be that some babies are ready for solid food earlier than others and that a 16 - 24 week 'window' exists.

Not sure I would have coped with being up 5 or 6 times a night. Good luck

Dd2 didn't sleep properly for years (still not great at 9) so I sort of got used to it. Dd1 slept 13 hours a night from a few weeks old until recently cutting back to about 11(aged11) Grin

A 4 month old won't go with BLW .. they have to be spoon-fed that age.
