12 week jabs - sleep regression??

My DS is 13.5 weeks, has had his 12 week growth spurt and had his jabs on Monday. Monday night was fine, he slept well in four hour chunks. Last night he was very unsettled, waking every two hours for a feed but then falling asleep at the breast after 10 minutes or so. He had fed well during the day. He didn't seem like he was in pain or anything though. Confused

Last night was the worst he's been since a newborn. Anyone experienced this?

Vaccinations can lead to mild fevers, disturbed nights etc. I used to administer a precautionary Calpol at night following each set of shots - just in case. He'll probably settle back to his old routine in due course.
