Help-5mo suddenly hates the cot!

Dd has always been a bit of a sleep-fighter, especially in the day, but has always been put down awake, and fallen asleep (either straight away, or after a minute or two of moaning) - and in eve has been very good.

But about a week ago she started screaming as soon as she is out in cot for a sleep - and it's been getting worse. The only way we can get her to sleep is rock her/feed her (which actually only works occasionally) or take her for a drive (which isn't v practical as I have a 2yo who is often asleep when I'm trying to get her off - also the reason why I can't really leave her to cry much, as their rooms are right next door)
If I do leave her, she becomes hysterical very quickly, and won't even calm down once picked up.
Have tried sling - doesn't rally work, and neither does putting her in pushchair and rocking.

Help! She gets crosser and crosser all day long the tireder she gets, and it's not very nice for her brother, as it limits where we can go when she's tired and grumpy!
Is this a typical 5m phase? (she asks hopefully...!)? Will it stop soon? Any amazing tips?!

Thank you! x

Teething perhaps? Are there any signs like pink cheeks or extra dribble?
