Last week we really felt we were getting somewhere with the small one but since having her jabs on Monday her sleeping has gone really downhill. She will not settle and is waking every hour (tonight) from just after seven. Has anyone else experienced this or got any sage words of advice? We can't be having early onset regression can we? Aaaggh!

My DS was the same after his jabs, was very unsettled. Could be a growth spurt. Theses happen at 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months and 9 months.
They will wake usually every hour for a feed, but they only last a few days.

Things will calm down!! I've tried so hard to get my DS into a routine - he's 6 months now. Bedtime is 7pm, wakes at 11pm for a feed, again at 3am then wakes at 7am.

But sometimes wakes more, sometimes less! Hope everything calms down soon for you! :)

Thanks imisssleep in the end had quite a bizarre night after a terrible early evening she went out like a light and only woke up twice. I panicked I think but I'm pretty sure my fervent praying got heard!
Thanks for the encouragement!

Mine did exactly this after her first jab - bizarre evening of screaming followed by lovely long sleep!! She was different for about a week after and we have had the same after her second set last week.

Don't forget the calpol - I gave it before this time and she was much calmer in the evening.

Ah that's interesting. My health visitor and doctor told me too but the practice nurse went nuts when I told her I was going to, so didn't in the end. She said she would have words with my doctor. Might give her Calpol next time though as thus week has been awful.
