Right, I'm not looking for any quick fix answers here but just the reassurance that I am not alone!

DS is 6 months, always woken up at night. No more than twice - routine is:
7:30pm bed
11pm-12am - feed
4am - feed
wake 7am

The last 2 nights he's been going to bed at the same time, feeding at 11pm then between 2-4 he has been very unsettled. Thrusting in his sleep, bit grouchy. Then once he gets to sleep at around 4am, starts again at 5am till 7 then we're up.

His nappy is dry, I've tried another bottle, winding, calpol for teething etc. He is still his happy self and doesn't seem to be obviously ill. Anyone else experienced this? Confused

My 5 month old is doing a rather similar thing at the moment, getting all unsettled about 5am. Joy

My DS too.

I always look to the naps....I am sure mine does this when overtired, and for him that only needs to be a missed 30 minute nap....takes a couple of days of concerted effort to get him back on track!

Ahh ok, good to know I'm not alone! He naps at 9:30am for around an hour then 1 1/2 - 2 hour nap at about 1. Maybe 30 mins after that too, I think its because when we do the 11pm feed, we've been waiting till he's waking for it rather then dream feed. He was up till midnight last night :(
Also, forgot about the dreaded 6 month growth spurt. Lets hope we get some rest tonight, been promised I can sleep in on Sunday by OH :)
Roll on Sunday!!!
