4 month old started wakening at night

I have been really spoiled by the fact my little girl has slept through since she was about 7 weeks old. This coincided with starting zantac for reflux. She has, however started wakening again any time between 2.30am and 4.30am. I have tried settling her with the dummy and have gone in several times to do this. Sometimes it works and sometimes I have to get her a feed, but she is never 'full-on' crying, just shouting and moaning that wont seem to stop without intervention!

Possibly it's a growth spurt? I would just feed her and pop her down again, awake if you can. Can be hard with refluxy ones though - no way mine will go down alone at night!

Thank goodness the reflux doesn't seem to be as much of a problem now. Am wary of feeding her in the night as I don't want her to get used to this again and come to expect it! She has done 1 full night this week and I think that was fluke as she was knackered after having her jabs! She also takes very little when she gets a feed. Max 2oz so she doesn't seem to be that hungry!!!
