My one month old baby hasn't slept more than 1-2 hours today and constantly seems like she rooting for a bottle should I be worried that she hasn't slept much?

If she's 'rooting' then she might be hungry still... not unusual at that age... or she could just be looking for something to suck for comfort. If you think she needs more sleep you can encourage it with rocking or taking her for a walk in a pram etc. Otherwise, if she's happy & alert then she might not need much today and will catch up tomorrow. Try not to worry.
