Please help me put DS in his crib

DS2 was born at 34 weeks and is now 9 weeks old (3 weeks corrected). We were in hospital for 10 days where he happily slept in the cot but since we've got home he's spent almost all night, every night in bed with me as he just doesn't like the crib. I'm certain it's not just cos he doesn't like sleeping on his back as he happily sleeps in his carrycot on the sofa all day. And he is tired as he does sleep on me.
So is it just habit now and so I have to break it? Or will he eventually decide that he's ready?
Poor DH will never get back into the marital bed.
Any tips to get him sleeping even part of the night alone? So far I've tried swaddling, hot water bottle, a worn tshirt of mine, propping the crib, white noise

You seem to have tried all the things I did - worn t-shirt, hot water bottle, swaddling, but then my DS actually made the transition quite easily when we tried. But if these haven't worked have you looked into a bedside cot - so one that pushes right up to your bed but is his own space, that might be a good transition for your DS?

Good luck!
