It's all gone wrong! DD going ballistic after bedtime feed

We had managed to get a nice bed time routine going that meant DD was sleeping from 7:30 - 6 (with one feed at 11:30) BUT the last week has been difficult. After the bedtime feed it seems that she is (potentially!) in pain and will not settle at all. She doesn't have this problem at other feeds and it seems like a stomach pain more than teeth. Has anyone else had this and any suggestions PLEASE!?

How old is she and what makes you think she's in pain?

She is 16 weeks. We think she is in pain as she writhes around and seems happier/more comfortable sat up

Is she taking a massive feed before bedtime? We had something similar a few weeks back. I upped his feed at 2 o clock because he was taking 10oz at 6 o click before bed. I think it was giving him a tummy ache, but he was really hungry. I must admit solids have removed this issue altogether
