teeth and sleep....

how long roughly between appearance of bottom teeth do top teeth arrive. Ds woke every night for a month before both teeth arrived we have had about two weeks respite and now are two weeks into the same behaviour. please tell me its not more than a month! During the day he seems v happy so I don't know whether it is teeth or just another change to his sleep pattern! Any advice would be welcome!

there was a good couple of months for dd between top teeth and bottom teeth. she actually got the tooth at the top, second along, first before the front teeth came through

a friend's dd only had a matter of a few days between top and bottom

and my neighbour's ds had all four come through together

we've been teething for about a month too. baby awake once or twice a night and sometimes not going back to sleep for 3 hours yelling in pain and or tiredness despite capol, teething powder , bonjela, leaving in cot and singing back to sleep only to find she's awake again 2 mins later with stuffy nose from teething... living hell.. will i forget this and have a second one?? not sure. anyway point is top front tooth nearly through but now the second one is coming. just our ruddy luck if we get another month of night waking ahahaha. have stopped feeding at night too apart from last night as an exception and it didn't make any difference at all she was still awake for hours after she'd woken. is it only my house that is a complete tip with clothes everywhere and washing to do?? granny coming at the weekend thankfully.
anyone cracked it?
