Still waking up for a feed but no longer really hungry

I'm a 'no cry' sleep kind of mum, so just wondering what ideas are out there. I have been waking baby for night time feeds under hospital instructions due to being under weight when tiny (she dropped from 75 to 9th centile whilst staying 75th for length). We have gone from 2 hourly, to 3 hourly to 4 hourly and we are now 'stuck' in this habitual 4 hourly waking at night.

She is now about 65th centile and 17 weeks. I can see that she is tanking up in the evenings now, but she still wakes at 10-11 pm (feeds well) then again at 2-3am but isn't really hungry. If she does have a feed she doesn't want anything in the morning and will then go to 11am.

Do I just wait until she drops this feed herself, or can I do anything.

She is combination fed (top up every bf) and wont take a dummy. If she starts crying she gets herself in a state so I can't leave her for any length of time, so 'denying' her the bf I can't seem to get away with - any tricks?

She'll probably drop the 2am wake/feed herself in a few weeks time. If she's not really hungry she'll stop waking.
