sleeping for 20 mins at a time too exausting

please can someone help me or give me some advice?? im on my own with my 7 month old i have to admit im finding it really hard work. she sleeps during the day for 20 mins at a time never any longer and will not sleep in her cot at night at all. i put her in with me ane could sleep for hours but i know its wrong to have her in my bed im really looking to get her in her cot but shes just screaming in it.

Hi Lisa, sorry don't have any great advice to give you but it is not wrong to have your little one in with you, I often bring my DS1 5 months into the bed when he wont settle and every other parent I know does the same!

Is her 20 min sleeping after feeds? What is she doing the rest of the time? She will be fine lying in her cot while you nap even if she is not sleeping, or is she upset when she is not with you?

she is upset she isnt with me im a lone parent
so its just me and her all the time
