We have 2 DDs aged 3 and 2.Never really had any troubkle getting them to bed..usually by 8.
The last week we have had trouble getting both of them down to bed.Its like they are not tired. Its been after 9 and at latest 11 getting them to sleep.
Has anybody got any ideas what could be wrong or how to get them back into their routine? Thanks

Has anything else changed in your life/routine recently?

No changes at all..they did have 2 nights staying with grandparents as we had the flu but that was over 2 weeks ago and was fine again after.

Exactly what do they do - play around, howl and cry, tantrums, needing a wee/drink/another story? What's the normal routine?

Normal routine is that they brush teeth/wash faces around 7.30.They have a drink and get into bed.DH will sometimes read a story or mostly wil lsing songs to them.He sings a couple of songs and then they listen to their audio book to go to sleep.
This week they just wont settle..they have been playng around..gettin out of bed..saying they are scared of the dark so we put a night light on for them. They just act like they are not tired at all.
