DD sleeping in our room

Our DD is now 4.1/5 months, and sleeps in a cot which is attached to our bed. Before I had her, I thought that 6 months in our room was the right time, and we would then settle her into her own room. However, now that the time is coming, I feel she is still too young and could stay with us until she doesn't need a feed in the middle of the night (she normally wakes me up once during the night, and it is convenient she is next to me, because she doesn't wake up herself, and carries on sleeping during and after the feed). What do other people think about sharing a room with their infants for longer than 6 months?

We had DD in a cot in our room until age 1 due to lack of space, and she transitioned to her own room fine when we moved house.

I bf her until 14 months and it was so much easier for me having her in the same room. DH was not so happy about it!
