my ds2 seems to be a really restless sleeper, he shouts out sits up, talks etc all the time. He hasn't always been like this, i'd say it's been over the last 6 months.
Does it indicate he is worried about something? he is 6 btw.

My dd is likes this, well not shouting, but all over the bed and regular chatting. She's been like this for ages. She's 8.
Are you like it? I am and reckon she takes after me. It has no ill effects on us.

Is your ds tired from it the next day. Is it disturbing proper sleep do you think. If not, I personally wouldn't be concerned, but if you are, mention it to your GP.
