What do you do to help your kids adjust to the time difference.

I have a 13month DD who is constantly changing her routine at the moment and often waking toooo early. Though this is improving.

I don't think I did anything really, I remember hoping that is might mean she would sleep more but it didn't! Don't know how she'll be with the next one, she is 18 months now, but think it will probably just take a day or two to adjust.

The more you fret about it the worse it will be. You could try to anticipate it a bit by putting her to bed a bit later a few nights ahead.
