4 month sleep regression that is - unless this isn't it Confused

DS is five months old on New Years day and for the last week he's gone down as normal at 9 then woke as normal at about 1am for a feed but then is wide awake, whereas he used to go straight back to sleep. It takes a couple of hours to get him back to sleep and then he wakes up for another feed (more like a nibble he never drinks much this feed) at about 4am. Again it takes a couple of hours to get him back to sleep and then he's wide awake for the day at 8am as normal.

However I have noticed that he is having a longer nap from about 10.30am till midday which he never used to do.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get him sleeping better again?

Many thanks xxx
