Hi all
My baby girl is sixteen months old and is at nursery full time weekdays... She sleeps for approximately an hour when she is there, i have a routine for her, however, for the last couple of weeks this has all flown out of the window and i could do with some advice on how to get things back on track.
Her routine is:
6.30 am up and breakfast
7.30 nursery
11.30 hour nap (on average)
16.30 pick up
17.30 tea
18.00 bath and pyjamas
At this point i would ideally like her to go to bed, and she was for a while, but the rest of her night is like this
21.00 bed
22.30 wake up crying, but straight back to sleep
23.30 wake up crying, not back to sleep
02.00 back to sleep
She doesn't have any added sugar to her diet, the TV is off an hour before she is due to settle, her tea is generally some milk and toast, but she has been hungry sometimes when she is waking up at 23.30.
Thing is, she has had cold after cold and two bouts of eye infections since joining nursery, so i think all of it has put her out of sorts...
I guess i am looking for some advice on getting her settled again, I don't let her cry if i can help it, and wouldn't really be comfortable doing that, but if anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it
(sorry about the essay)
