I'm officially having a sleep nightmare and would appreciate your thoughts!
My DS is 6.5 months and we've recently been through some big changes: moved country, now living with his grandparents, he got his first teeth and started solids (BLW).
He's EBF, always been fed to sleep and then put in his crib, at which point he would reliably sleep until 1am earliest, maybe 3, then wake again at 5.
Since around 12 weeks he's not liked naps in his bed though, so it's been sleeping on me or in the pram.
So I thought it was just naps to work on (now keep them in the pram and to a loose schedule), but over the past 6 weeks his nighttime sleep has got worse and worse until now he only will sleep with us in our bed, and even then will often not go into a deep sleep unless we lie there with him. And then will reliably wake after 40-60 mins and sometimes find it difficult to settle back down after a feed.
It's driving me a little bit insane - I have no time or space to myself esp as we're living with family. Any thoughts or sympathy? I'm starting to think about sleep training of the cc variety... over xmas we'll have the house to ourselves and another bedroom to sleep in. Or should we just wait it out?
