How long does the 4-month sleep regression last?

In other words, DD is now 6mo and is waking up to 3 times in the night. Until 6 weeks ago she slept through (11 hours).

I thought it was the famous 4 month growth spurt/sleep regression, but surely she should be getting past that now? Confused

It's suddenly got harder to settle her in the evening, is it linked?

I'm afraid that lasted with our DS until he was about 13 months. He went to only waking once a night at about 10 months though. He'd slept through from about four weeks before that. Then from 13-15 months he'd sleep through but wake at 5am.

He just eventually grew out of the waking in the night and we stopped the early waking by reducing his naps.

Good luck, I hope it's better for you. I took the lazy route and just brought him into our bed though.
