Question for co-sleepers

DS is 8 months and about to start crawling. I have my matress on the floor right now. I usually nurse him to sleep and then get up and about for a few hours before I go back in and sleep next to him. Did you ever worry that your baby may, or actually find him/her crawling about the room when you came in later to check on them? I suppose there is not much to get at but it is a small concern.

I never found this.

But then I wouls hear DS stirring and moving on the bed before he even properly woke up so could be in there to settle him back to sleep before he got a chance to wake up full and start crawling around.

I find if you co-sleep you are very finely tuned to the noises and movements your baby starts to make before they are fully awake, when they are just stirring.
