Energy pills

Has anyone tried any energy pills that have worked?

I'm an absolutely exhausted mum, DS2 is 6mo and DS1 is nearly 5. Also working full-time in mad stressful job. Feel like I need something to get me through these next few months. Trying to survive on 4 hours sleep each night and still function to required level at work...

Surely others in same position? Any practical suggestions?

I have known people use caffeine pills and vitamin supplements. Personally I don't see how the vitamins work at helping energy unless the problem is vitamin deficiency to start with. A lot of caffeine isn't good for you especially if used long term.

It sounds as if you have too much on and not enough rest and no amount of pills is going to make up for that. I suspect if someone came up with such a magic pill that replaced the need for rest they would become very rich!

Is there anything within your timetable that could give so you can have a bit of time out? Someone to take the children for a while? any possibility of it being viable to cut down your work hours?

Hi LJAM,
You might want to try the multi vitamin called FORCEVAL. They really worked for me after I stopped bf'ing DS, I got a boost of energy that lasted for a good while. I bought them from chemistdirect.co.uk for around 7.50 for a months supply. Pricey but well worth it.
Hope this helps xXx
