mini night waking - any ideas?

Anyone else experience regular 'mini' night waking? My DD, 7.5 months, has started doing this in the last month or so. Often, from 4.30 am until 7ish she'll wake, every half an hour or so, cry for a minute and then go back to sleep.

Anyone got an ideas or experienced something similar?

Weirdly I just started a thread- my sleeping woes rant and 20 wk old DD does this. Between 3 and 4 he cries and I just pop his dummy back in and he goes back to sleep. I think it must be lighter sleep though as I hear him moving about more from then until half 6ish.
