Sleeping Pattern - when and how to establish?

DD is now 6 weeks old, and has just started to sleep through the night, but we're not settled into any kind of sleeping pattern per se - she leads, I follow,

She sleeps and feeds on demand... when would be a good time to establish, say, morning nap, afternoon nap, full night sleep? (IYSWIM!)

I would say about 8 weeks..

I found my DD would nap say an hour and a half to 2 hours after waking so about 8.30am/9am

Maybe another about 11.30am and then after lunch and then a short one about 4pm.

My DS is nearly 9 weeks and he has sort of found his own routine in the last couple of weeks. He sleeps from about 8 til 7ish with feeds at either 10pm or 2am, if he wakes for one, he doesnt want the other, and again at 5am-ish. His big nap in the day is around 10.30-11am to 1-1.30pm, another nap around 4-5pmish, then usually awake til bedtime.
