DS is 12mo and a pretty good sleeper. He usually has a long morning nap (ave 1.5hrs, sometimes 2) and then 45min - 1hr after lunch. I'm wondering about trying to shorten the morning one so eventually when he drops to one long nap, it'll be the post lunch one.
Has anyone had success with this sort of thing or should I stop meddling and let him just do what he wants? [hgrin]
