ok built the cot got bedding and stuff now the hard part

ive heard that a baby can get really upset when moved from there comfy small crib into a big cot any advice on how to make the move as stressless for dd and me

Mine have never had any obvious problems in adjusting.

shes 5 months and had to be moved out her pram yesterday as she nearly fell out so thought she might do the same in her crib so thats it shes now in the cot. was a bit emotional that she wouldnt be in our room bt we have just found out her room is damp we need to keep her with us till its sorted shes now at the bottom of the bed

Mine didn't notice the difference. We used a grobag once they went into the cot, don't know if that helped at all.

im hoping she will be fine as she is in a large travel cot when im at work
