I have just transfered my 10wk old DS to a cot still in our room at the end of the bed,but he does not seem to like it and did not seem to sleep to well last night.Normally he will sleep from 10-4then quick feed and back to sleep till about 7am.last night only managed from 10-2 then awake till 4 sleeped an hour then awake again Been using his pram carrycot for him,but he is nearly as big as the basket now so can,t really sleep in there any longer. Is there any thing i can do to make him feel more secure as he obviously likes to feel snug tried to swaddle, but didn,t seem to make any diffrence .Thanks

Does he sleep well in the carrycot? If so, just swaddle him, put him in the carrycot and put the carrycot into the big cot. That will help him to get used to the surroundings of the big cot.
Some of our babies were in the moses basket in the cot for months (past 6m with one of them) and they weren't particularly small for their age.
