Hi - I have a 21 month old who always wakes in the night - sometimes we feed him and sometimes he comes in with us and sometimes both! We have tried all the controlled crying; standing in the room stuff but to be honest its been going on for so long would rather just bring him in the bed as sooo tired from all the 'sleep training'. Today a friend said I should try Bach Flower Remedies as apparently there is a specific sleep remedy. Has anyone used it and did it work on your toddler???!!!
