At the moment, they have seperate rooms (2 yo still in cot). However, one is much bigger than the other. We are about to move DS2 into a bed - do you think it will be better to put them in together or keep them in different rooms? What are your experiences?

I kept mine apart as they are less likely to disturb each other if they are not in the same room
