Does anyone have a Gro-Clock?

My dd(2.3) has always been a horrendous sleeper Sad so we bought s gro-clock from Amazon recently. However, I have been in to her in the night a couple of times recently to find that the clock had gone to a unlit standby screen with just the digital clock and no stars. Does anyone know if this is to do with me not setting it up properly (although am fairly sure I have followed the instructions) or could it be faulty? Has anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks

Hi, We have one of those and I remember the same thing happening. As you know there are 2 settings for sleeptimes - daytime sleep and nighttime sleep. We set the nighttime sleep wakeup time but not the daytime sleep wakeup time, so it stayed at 00.00 which is its default time. At bedtime we mistakenly pressed the "sun" button rather than the "moon" button (so the clock thought it was a daytime sleep rather than a nighttime sleep) so the moon and stars screen switched off at midnight and changed to the unlit digital clock screen.

I hope that makes some sense to you, and if so, I hope it solves your problem! :)

You need to read the instructions again I think. I have one for DD and find it quite complicated to set.

Thanks for your replies. Have only just seen them as I've been away. I have read and re-read the instructions but it keeps happening so its going back and hopefully a replacement will do the trick.
