I've never been a good sleeper,but it has gotten beyond a joke now.I go to bed at about 10.30pm & lie awake until 12-1am.Then dd2 wakes up for a feed by about 2am & again at 5am,so I feel totally drained.DH is great & we take turns in feeding her during the night so the other one can catch up on sleep,but even on my noghts 'off' I am still awake when its time for her feed.I can't nap during the day as I have a 2 year old dd1,who rarely naps at the same time as her sister.Can ayone suggest anything that might help?Lavender oil used to,but doesn't seem to work anymore.
