Doing Strange Things...

OK so this isn't about baby related sleep, but my own!

I keep doing really odd things in the period between waking up and being asleep.

Last night I took my earrings out?!

Other times I've sat up in bed ready to get dressed to drive somewhere.

Sometimes I think there's food under my pillow.

Is this all normal?? (well ...within reason!)

I've always slept walked and done strange things. It's calmed down since I've got older, but when I'm stressed or over-tired it happens again.

Scariest thing ever was waking up with a knife under my pillow.

Oddest thing - when i was 19 and my parents were on holiday, I moved all thr furniture in the front room about. I asked my brother to come home and stay in his old room for the next 4 nights! he found it hilarious - but it really scared me.

I'm hoping sleepwlaking and odd behaviour isn't genetic!

Oh goodness! I'm a bit relieved that I'm not actually moving from the bed

I have been stressed lately so perhaps that is to blame!

Probabyly is stress. when I was really little my mum found it helped by getting me to write down anything that worried me in a little book - and even now i do this - I never really do anything with it, but seems to make me less stressed - so you could try that?

Are you up with a baby in the night? I find myself doing some odd things when dd wakes me up for a feed. Like looking for bars of soap instead of a bottle!

Noo I don't have children yet hehe but I guess something must be waking me up and I'm all dazed and confused for a moment.
