Wind ruining sleep - any advice?

Hi all. My 15 week old is being woken every 40 mins or so with wind. She has always been windy but used to get through night fine. I am weaning her off boob and onto bottle at mo and we have alrady changed formula. For last week I have had very little sleep and last night was worst yet - waking at 12.15 and then constntly, I can only give her some chamomila granules and stand with my hand on her tum.
HV just says its not really hurting her so don't worry but its enough to wake her and make her scream out.
At my wits end a bit any advice / reassurance welcome.
