Has anyone been to Sainte Foy who can recommend childcare/babysitter/nanny there?

Talk to Premiere Neige - they run a creche, plus they can organise ad hoc nannies/babysitting - between us and our friends we've used most of their services over the last 5-6 years and always been happy!

Shouldn't really plug my own business on here, but I have lots of nannies working in the area who are busy taking bookings for next season, but have been a bit short of bookings in Saint Foy and La Rosiere this year for some reason.
